90 double rooms on 3 floors, each with a private balcony. Every room has air conditioning, TV, telephone, wardrobe, and desk. Rooms are cleaned daily. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.

The hotel sits quietly within Sunny Beach — close enough to the beach to walk there in under 10 minutes, far enough from the party strip to sleep with the window open. The dunes and coastline are at the end of a gentle path through the pines.

Cleaned properly, food is great. The hotel is close to the beach, 3 min walk through the dunes. Overall impression is great value for money. Just stay relaxed.
